Phew, breaking into the new hundred! It always feels like a new beginning.

Maxx is almost terminally optimistic. Then again, hey: the best thing to do in the midst of a ‘tragedy’ is to keep moving.

        I built what was essentially a wooden block of flats for the NPCs, whilest all crafting stations, my bed, chests, and a bunch of random statues i accquired whilst adventuring were all in my underground castle.

    So far… predicted what was going to happen after June leaving… though I was partially expecting them to party due to June leaving and then making plans on getting the next sword.

    I like the merchant and demo’s reaction in the 2nd to last panel.
    The merchant looks up at the text like “He forgot me and demo…”
    The demo just looks down in disappointment and disbelief of the position he’s in
    All the little details make up the comic.
    Also, Jesse really needs to make bigger comics or do more plot. It’s just, it feels like it’s a lot slower in progression than it used to be…

    Looking for the Muramusa, The Naiad looking to “hire” Maxx, I can’t help but think Maxx will stupidly be tricked into joining them.

      They just arrived, Maxx doesn’t know what’s “Awesome” about them yet. (Blowing up NPC’s doesn’t count for the Demolitionist, Maxx wasn’t around when Tyrone “Committed suicide”)

    Okay I had no favorite character since the start of the comic (nevermind my possible previous comments on the matter), then for a short while it was Zerzan from the last comic (yeah screw it until he gets an official name I’m calling him Zerzan), but this brought Maxx way to the peak in my eyes. The most powerful member of their posse (not to mention his love interest) just left for an unpredetermined amount of time, yet this guy can keep not only a straight face, but an optimistically straight face. That’s commendable.

      This is where ignoring the person is best. It’s the internet it’s a lot easier to ignore people because they are not in your presence and speaking to you.
