Even when he’s not around, Xane manages to be the cause of some body horror. Sorry, Hannah. Looks like you’ll have to give Aley some lessons in physiology.

Thank you to all the people who’ve sent me comments/tweets about the comic lately! There seems to be more of you than usual. I’m sorry if I forgot to reply to anyone; I’d provide a reason (excuse) but the truth is I’m just not the best at following up. I’m working on it, though.

      Yes, seems like hardly anybody’s voting anymore! I just love June’s dialogue…and the second panel is great! Sometimes she reminds me of Lucy in Charlie Brown.

        2 things to say 1.god we’ve been using one reply for a while 2. I wonder too because he was playing the server since yesterday the reason I kno is cause he said so on beefs video. He probably is uploading now cause once he said his Internet is slow soooooo………

    XD Oh poor Hannah. Well, I guess that’s what happens when you send a fairy to heal. Gotta love June’s response to seeing that. On the bright side, Hannah has a super keen weapon to use now…if she can get it out o.o

        Look at Hannah’s face, replace it with a boy’s face, and that’s what I was like the time my power ran out in the middle of reading a Legend Of Maxx comic.

    Wait… The sword was kept inside Hannah. So that means she never even should have been dead. Presumably. Unless Xane’s sword has that weird dent in the middle, which I forgot the name of, and hasn’t been seen on the sword yet, Hannah’s blood had nowhere to really go and therefore would have stayed in the body. Xane is a bad murderer, he forgets to take his weapons out of people.

      Some blood probably dripped out, and if a big majority of her blood was down there then her brain wouldn’t have any , see, see

      Bwuh? Blood doesn’t have to come out of the body for there to be stuff seriously, life-threateningly messed up inside. Internal bleeding is a thing, and it doesn’t even have to be a blood-related problem – it could be rupturing internal organs. It’s a delicate system in there with much more complicated criteria for continued functioning than “blood has to stay inside body.”

      Re: dent along sword, you mean like a blood groove, right?

      Also yes, removing the weapon from the would will cause a lot more obvious bleeding than the initial stab, but that doesn’t mean the stab itself can’t cause enough internal damage to kill.

      I also just googled “blood groove” out of curiosity and discovered that it actually serves no blood-channeling related purpose, the word “blood” being a modern addition to the term possibly based on this exact misunderstanding – the removal of the material to make the grooves is intended to make the weapon lighter. They call it a “fuller” instead, which is also the name of the tool used to make it.

        I’m pretty sure if Xane’s weapon had a fuller, he’d rather call it a blood grove, just because it has the word “blood” in it. Also, from the blade’s length in previous comics, I can safely assume that it’s about one or two pixels inside Hannah – therefore not enough to cause major injury. Hannah should never have been dead in the first place. In pain, sure, I get why she’s screaming in agony, but not dead.

    One question if alley dies can u take some fairy dust and revive him or does he does (inster gender ) respawn or is it just like a kiwi now know why Hannah was so confused when trying to help Aley when the fuzz layer got removed * sigh
