Maxx does have the brainpower and physical power of two goldfish.

the funny thing is, he actually COULD become a bowl of two goldfish by putting the Goldfish Bowl on his head. the Goldfish Bowl has two goldfish on it.
I get the feeling… maybe… Max isn’t the Destroyer of Worlds… last I checked he ain’t a gigantic series of robotic Eater of Souls that shoots lazer all over the place… but I could be mistaken.
