Though it’s interesting that she has any in the first place, considering the whole point of the voyage was to be able to find some prince in a different country, so money would probably not be something that they’d bring, like how if you were invited to the royal palace or something to be knighted you wouldn’t bring a couple of bucks in case there’s a vending machine
Vikings didn’t bring a couple of bucks, they either brought ships full of loot or full of weapons and space for loot.
Remiel’s line in the second last panel clears things up for me (my question as to why some people respawn and some don’t). Thanks for the fulfilling comic strip.

idk what will happen with xane, but maxx should respawn in 10-20 mins (time is 60x faster in terraria than irl, so 24 mins is 24 hours, 10 secs is 10 mins, etc…)

They had what was basically an ambassador. Also remember how fairies talk to each other? Maxx & co NEED someone used to it to do basically ANYTHING.

In response to artman: The Angels try to adhere to the rules, right? So, if the Demons have the power of all the hallow and most of the corruption, would they really want to keep everyone in hell? If there isn’t some sort of barrier, then any dead guy can make a deal with the demons to help further their goals, and thus a barrier hinders the demons.

The next comic will be Xane doing something to spawn in the eye. Then it will show the merchant at the beach and merchant looks at Angler and says the terrarian quote “I hope a scrawny kid like you isn’t all that is standing between us and Cthulhu’s Eye.” Then it shows the eye come behind the angler. Then the Eye of Cthulhu charges into both of them and attacks Maxxwell’s Bar and Possibly Grill.
Or it can just be a Maple and Poa comic.
