      Uh huh I’m a youngster too… But I have a forty-year old’s vocabulary sometimes. 😃 Well except for swearing. I don’t swear.

      When I said “swear” autocorrect “corrected” it to “sweat.” WHAAT?

      Yes. There is a timeskip, and afterwards the team is surviving in a dead Tyrone fortress surviving on rations of Tyrone.

    Well June is just fine and dandy! Isn’t she supposed to remember that there is always hope, even after many many years? Oh yeah, I almost forgot, she reads Cyanide and Happiness. We’re screwed!

      Well it’s been mentioned that she’s seen dozens of chosen ones die over the years, and so far Maxx has gotten as far as he has mostly by dumb luck. It’s pretty understandable that she’d have given up hope.

        The only thing she doesn’t know is that, the difference between this group of people and all those chosen ones she met before, is what will save her ass someday because they will be victorious where the others failed. I really hope that one of them make a emotional and inspiring speech or something more stupid and funny :3

    She was veeeery angry…like the Angry Video Game Nerd…She creeped me out the way where from laughing she left those who try to help the chosen one…I think the goblin invasion will be after that page…because they went to the jungle.But…Wait.They saw nude goblins (lol) in the corruption and nobody in the jungle…only dryads… 😛 Wtf? I wrote all of that before I go my first day to school?WOW!

    Ok a few things can happen here.
    A- she leaves for quite some time, and later on she gets captured or something and sent to the dungeon (where skeletron is at) and when maxx goes there he happens to stumble upon here where shes nearly dead and saves her, and “insert other plot things here to follow up”
    B- she leaves for a while and after maxx has gotten a few of the swords she comes back to see them all still alive and well, but none of them want her back so she tryes to convince them or apoligize to let her back in (because she has no where to go and to find out that she has been exiled from the other dryads later or somethin or other)
    C- Maxx makes a snarky comment about her being the Old as dirt team killer (she killed some of the past chosen ones) and they get into a heated argument and maxx wins (because his vison isnt blocked buy a relly frickin dark visor this time). or have it end in an awesome double ko brawl thing. Or she kills him and he respawns off screen (or pannel) and gets back into the action.
    D- I forgot what i was gonna say…

    i wonder if any this would actually happen or somethin….hmmmm….that would be cool, Atleast him saying something about her being a team killer…..

      You seem to forget in option C that Chosen Ones do not respawn. That is in the purview of NPCs, but not the player character in this. Remember June talking about how many Chosen Ones have died? They haven’t all been Maxx.

        ahhhh, but think about it, what if all the others WHERENT actually chosen ones, they where like……half ones???they just had some what similar attributes. but maxx is THE chosen one and he can respawn……..wish full thinking anyways…..

        Option G, While leaving she runs into Tyrone who’s died for so much now that he’s given up on going to basecamp, As a result he “Follows” her back to the Jungle and once their a heated conversation commences. (Tyrone asks to come, June says no. Pretending to leave he follows June back to the Jungle)

        H- Tim, (is that his name?) turns out to be one of the previous chosen ones and comes back undead after June killing him and maxx steals his hat and spell tomes and gives them to Cyril

    June is a deceiver. Is thanks to her if they’re close to death in the corruption and in the underground jungle.

      well cryil knows as much about stuff as her she just adds humor to the comic cryil knows about the bosses and such

    So far she seemed to only help them by bringing negaive atitude to others.

        It’s probably the in-game tiers, since the Muramasa is usually next, followed by the fiery greatsword, and the gossamer keyblade is probably in the floating islands, which most people usually don’t know about at first.

        I mean, I know what you mean, but two things: 1. The fiery greatsword is probably in hell and not the desert, so it would take a while to reach, and 2. the gossamer keyblade is probably in the floating islands, which are unreachable unless you decide to make physics cry with an incredibly tall platform ladder. or have a grappling hook and make physics cry with a giant vertical floating wall.

        Also, dunno why he changed an ingredient from Lights Bane to Gossamer Keyblade… Maybe he wrote out a huge plot already ‘3’
        I think Max’ll make a giant dirt wall and stick abunch of copper swords on 1 side to beat the wall of flesh >:)

    Good gosh Jesse, you write scripts for your comics? Sometimes when I have no idea what to do I just start making the comic and what I should do suddenly comes to mind. Oh well, I guess we all are different, and I should PROBABLY start writing ideas I have down anyway… :p

        I’ve read Jesse’s post… and from what he says we will not really expect what’s going to happen. Unless that was sarcasm and the entire town is going to have a party… and one that gets crashed by the Goblin Army.

    Heres what I think will happen:
    1) Dryad walks off, Maxx + others run toward and apoligize, and say WE READY

    2) Dryad encounters Corrupt + Naiad, Maxx and others come to save her.

    3) Maxx + others encounter Corrupt + Naiad, Dryad comes and saves them.

    4) Maxx learns the epicness of minishark >:)
    5) Maxx + others encounter Corrupt + Naiad, Dryad comes and saves them but gets in trouble herself, Tyrone comes and epicly kills a Naiad minion, then is murdered (again) with Naiad’s Muramasa, New player character comes in, owns Naiad
    After 5(a): June falls in love with epic new Player Character (Now THAT’S a chosen one!)
    After 5(b): New player character throws 8 gold coins at Dryad, her dirt rod magically floats to him, new dirt rod poofs in June’s hands (her face: o.o)
    After 5(c): New player character gives all of them essential items (Maxx gets Gold Sword, Cyril gets mana crystal + spell(Waterbolt?), etc) and then whooshes off

    Wutcha think?

      So in scenario 5 where this mysterious new character comes, gives everyone gifts, then leaves? I’m not sure if it’s just me or does that sound like Santa Claus. Just sayin…..

    Im going to try to be more positive than June:
    A fairy which holds the power of a nuke, a merchant who has ancient lost items, a homicidal dwarf, a knowledgable starting wizard who’s ‘willing’ to follow the hero into danger and the highly skilled hero who uses his brain to overcome great enemies.
    Yeah i know the dwarf isn’t positive but i don’t know much yet about his skills.

    I somehow agree with June, but she’s also showing that she’s not very genre-savvy.

    The perfectly fitting group of heroes who have fought many battles? They end up fighting some orcs and giant elephansaurs. Perhaps they get the fun, yeah, but do they get the actual glory? Do they actually save the world? Rarely, if ever.

    Now, the worthless guy who never even grabbed a sword before going out on an adventure? He’s the one who is given the credit for saving the world.

    The bald, ugly creep stalking that hobbit? He’s the one actually saving the world. *Accidentally.*

    June, go back to leading that rag-tag team of hopeless freaks. Hopeless freaks always save the day. I thought you were more savvy than that, really.
