Sorry, got nothing else to say– thinking isn’t coming easily today, since I stayed up waaay too late last night playing Okami.

      It was Maxx’s idea, remember? He told them to make a bath and make it “torch hot” and to dance around it making hunting noises, because he thinks he can speak their language but can’t.

        OR he could be spied on by a Naiad scout party! (June said they went into hiding, so they might send a scout party to spy on Maxx and report his every move to Xyvareth).

        Shaman: The prophecy says someone will venture into these caves, and become our king!
        Random pygmy: How will we know who it will be?
        Shaman: It says the future king will land on the shaman from falling down a hole.
        *Maxx falls off a ledge in the caves and lands on the shaman*
        Maxx: Wow, that was a hell of a fall!
        Pygmies: Akiko! Akiko! (The king! The king!)
        Maxx: Huh? what? (thinking: Who are these tiny people?)

    I just got Okami not too long ago in the mail, I’ve played a bit of it for the PS2, but I now have the wii version..too bad I’m addicted to Skyrim at the moment…

    Also, good work XD lol, that was simple enough!

    Ok, if Maxx gets the Blade of Grass by comic 300, then it’ll be by 1000 that he get all 4 swords. And if Maxx is going on to defeat skeletron prime… that’s a lot of comics, and at this rate will take several years to make.

    you got to do bigger or just make a Monthly wich would be 40-50 numbers because this way when you’re at comic 400 no one will be playing Terraria i love your comic and i want so much to see it’s end but this way the end will only come 2019

      How do you know that no one will be playing Terraria by comic 400? I’ve already been playing for over 2 years, and I see no sign of stopping soon, other than an upcoming 2-year hiatus.

        mothdemon i’m not saying i won’t be playing but i’m saying i believe that a big part of the readers won’t play terraria that long,i know it’s just a hobby but anyway what i wanted to say was that on the upcoming years i might not think the same way i think now my fear is that it will get soooooo long that i’ll see no more fun in it, go it?

        Why would they stop playing, there’s already an update (probably done in July) that will add over 200 items and he said it’s not going to be the last.

      I think the life of the comic will depend more upon its continued quality and participation in the community than on the relevance of Terraria. Just look at 8-Bit Theater… a comic based on Final Fantasy 1, a game over twenty years old 🙂

      For now, I’m just going to keep trying to make quality comics, and let that lead me for however long it takes to conclude the story 🙂 Which, by the way, won’t necessarily follow the game’s plot right up to the end 😉

    If only those Pygmies saw Maxx fight off the Eater of Worlds. They’de likely be stunned in comparison and bow down in neverending worship of hardcore-ness.

    This site needs a better system for comments, the current is kinda unorganized.

      Yeah, the way the comment section has been treated is a little sub-optimal, but there’s little I can/want to do in the way of moderation. If Anonymous spam becomes too much of a problem, I’ll disallow that, but I prefer free speech in all things provided it’s at least somewhat reasonable 🙂

      You can reply to the person you are trying to talk to. That would reduce the disorganization.

    Max is on hardcore mode! They were all on hardcore mode! That’s why they didn’t respawn! Ps I’m talking about all the chosen ones.

    One Eon Later…

    The pigmy tribes living beneath the Driad alcove had developed immunity to both fire and water thanks to a sacred ritual passed down unto them by their ancient mad god-king [with hair made of fire].
    Together with the reawakaned Driads, they made up the bulk of the Hallow’s forces as foot-soldiers against the neverending tide of Corruption and the Demons which still plagued the land.
