I know that originally, he actually got his own character into position, having made one, and waited for the guide to get into position. He took the snapshot and presumably edited them accordingly. Could be way different now, though.

Why does he keep building these silly above-ground houses with things like DOORS THAT LEAD OUTSIDE?! Doesn’t he know that a REAL house is either carved into a sheer cliff face (like my second house was), with a lava pit on its roof and in the valley in front of it, or else levitating over a lava pit? Aesthetic choices aside, it’s not a real home until it has a 1000-degree doormat to greet the zombies!
